Registered as a legal entity on 5 November 2004 under registration number 224, Kocaeli Alikahya OIZ is located in the town of Alikahya –after which the zone was named– of Izmit district, Kocaeli province.

The zone is surrounded by Kocaeli Stadium and İZAYDAŞ to the west, Asım Kibar OIZ to the south, and Izmit Organized Industrial Zones exit of Kuzey Marmara Highway (KMO) to the north, north-east and east. Between our zone and Asım Kibar OIZ, there are Turnaoglu and Kore Avenues on an eastern-western axis connecting to the KMO Organized Industrial Zones exit.

Kocaeli Alikahya OIZ; is located at a distance of 8 km from downtown Izmit, 2 km from TEM Highway, 5 km from D-100 highway and 8 km from Kosekoy Railways Logistics Centre. The zone also lies at a distance of 10 km from Izmit Cengiz Topel Airport, and 75 km from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport.
